One hundred and thirty-five years ago Melanio Oliva got his start working in the tobacco fields of Cuba, and eventually established Oliva Cigars. To celebrate his life and career Oliva offers the Serie V 135th Anniversary Edicion Limitada.
With this superb smoke Oliva stayed true to the original blend, with a dark Ecuador Habano wrapper and flavorful Nicaraguan tobaccos. It comes in a unique 5.5”x54 perfecto shape with a standard round cap and tapered foot, which burns beautifully and delivers a rich, smooth, multi-layered flavor with notes of chocolate and coffee. We’ve known about this release for a while but it’s been hard to get because it was limited to 15,000 boxes allocated on an annual basis.
