Hugh O’ Donnell of Karen Berger – Don Kiki Cigars will be on premises as we promote one of the most popular brands we decided bring to Hecho a Mano Cigar Lounge. We are experiencing a rapid appreciation of Karen’s cigars because of her blend’s ability to intrigue almost any palate. To entice a broader base, we will run specials all day complete with raffle prizes and drink specials.
Ladies’ Cigar Social – Saturday, March 25, 2023 – 7pm – 8:30pm
 The much anticipated return of this women’s cigar social will be highlighted by a Zoom Call with Queen of Cigars, Ms. Karen Berger. We will again have a wine tasting and cigar pairing. But most importantly, attendees will become intimately informed by an ambassador of cigar manufacturing who has a steep pedigree in blending acquired in part from her late famous husband – Don Kiki Berger.
This event has limited attendance in order to ensure a fun group experience complete with charcuterie, wine sampling, Karen Berger cigars and door prizes. Call early to claim your ticket to this female-only event.
MLB at Hecho a Mano Cigar Lounge!:
Hecho a Mano Cigar Lounge has purchased the MLB Extra Innings Package from DirecTV, which carries every major league game. The MLB Extra Innings Package from DirecTV allows sports fans to enjoy almost 90 out-of-market games a week, most of which are available in crystal-clear HD.
So in the coming months our patrons can beat the heat, relax in our lounge, and enjoy the MLB season while indulging in our fine cigars — and maybe a glass of wine or two.
Cigar of the Month – The “K” by Karen Berger Maduro.
Our featured cigar of the month is the “K” by Karen Berger Maduro. It is a medium-bodied and elegant box-pressed smoke with a superb design featuring a triple cap and practically no veins.
The “K” series of cigars from Karen Berger premiered in 2016 and were the first cigars blended by Karen herself, after years of continuing her late husband, the legendary Enrique “Don Kiki” Berger’s, successful lines. “I was initially very focused on continuing to produce Don Kiki’s blends in the best way possible, but it was also important to give the company a new face with my own brand.”
And an excellent brand it is. The “K” by Karen Berger Maduro is handmade in Nicaragua with Nicaraguan binder/filler tobaccos and a dark and oily Maduro wrapper to top it off. It has a medium-spicy flavor with hints of chestnut and oak.
